This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which SW Limited collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.samuel-windsor.co.nz website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by SW Limited.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Siteanonymously. Terms & Conditions 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase of Samuel Windsor Shoes which is why we stand by our 30 day returns guarantee.  Even if you change your mind, have purchased anincorrect size or colour or for faulty goods the shoes can be returned for an exchange or refund.  The refund will be for the original payment price, provided it is accompanied by an original sales receipt.  

We have 3 rules of returns, item(s) must be returned:

1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase; 30 starts from the date of purchase to when it is received at our warehouse
2. Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes dust bags, shoe hornand shoe boxes.

If your item matches all of these condition, you may go ahead with the return.

Please Note:  

Worn or damaged Shoes can't be exchanged or refunded.
If the shoes are faulty, we'll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund or exchange.
Any shoes returned for exchange or refund are returned at the purchaser's expense - that is, the customer pays for the courier or postage back to our online returns Centre (Address below). We will cover the cost of sending replacement items to the original purchaser. We cannot refund courier or postage costs unless the item is faulty.

How do I return my online order?

Courier Returns
1. Complete the returns form that came with your order.

2. Affix the pre-addressed returns label that came with your order to your return package.

3. Call Courier Post on 0800 268 743 to arrange collection of your return

Post Office Returns
4. If you don’t want to use Courier returns you can simply return the item/s yourself at your Local Post Office and send them to:

You will not be charged shipping for exchanged items to be sent out to you!
Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed back on to your credit card. 

NOTE: We highly advise you track your return as we cannot refund or exchange items that go missing in the post.

 

Will my refund include courier charges?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund return courier charges unless the shoes are faulty.
